A typical steel part moves through CMV Fabrication in a clear sequence. Raw sheet or plate is loaded onto the CNC laser, which cuts the blank to shape. The blank moves to the press brake for forming. Formed parts are welded into assemblies if the design calls for it. The finished piece is cleaned and prepped, then powder coated. Each step happens in the same facility.
Keeping the full process in-house eliminates the lead time and quality risks that come with shipping parts between vendors for different operations. CMV Fabrication controls every step, which means tolerances stay consistent from cut through finish.
