CNC Equipment and Process Control at
CMV Fabrication

CMV Fabrication's CNC laser produces cuts from a digital file with positioning accuracy that remains consistent regardless of run length. The laser does not experience the tool wear that introduces progressive deviation in mechanical cutting methods. The CNC press brake operates on the same digital-control principle, using programmed backgauge positions to produce bend angles and flange dimensions that repeat accurately from part to part.

The equipment provides the mechanical capability. Process discipline is what translates that capability into precision parts. CMV Fabrication's fabricators verify material thickness before forming, confirm fit-up before welding, and fixture assemblies where the drawing calls out flatness or alignment tolerances. The combination of CNC accuracy and hands-on verification at each stage is what delivers finished parts that check clean against the print.
