Once a custom metal part is validated through prototyping, CMV Fabrication can produce it in quantity. Production runs are processed through the same CNC laser cutting and forming equipment used for the prototype, so consistency between the first part and the last is built into the process. Batch sizes range from small runs of a few dozen to ongoing production quantities.
Repeat orders are straightforward because CMV retains the cutting files and forming programs from the original run. A customer reordering the same part receives identical components without repeating the setup process, which shortens lead time and keeps per-unit cost stable across orders.
