Powder coating is applied electrostatically and cured at high temperature, producing a finish that is harder, more uniform, and more durable than liquid paint. The coating resists chipping, scratching, fading, and corrosion across a wide range of environmental conditions.
Available finishes include matte, gloss, metallic, textured, and high-temperature options. Custom color matching is available for buyers who need parts to meet a specific brand standard or coordinate with existing equipment. Because the coating is applied after all fabrication is complete, the finish covers every surface of the part uniformly with no exposed raw metal.
