The laser handles intricate patterns, small-radius curves, and repeatable precision across multiple identical parts without the tool wear that affects mechanical cutting methods. Sheet metal, plate stock, and tubing can all be processed on the laser depending on the project requirements.
After cutting, parts that require bends or formed angles move to the press brake. CMV Fabrication's brake tooling accommodates a range of material thicknesses and bend radii. The combination of laser-cut blanks and CNC-controlled forming produces finished components that fit together accurately during welding and assembly, reducing rework and improving the quality of the final product.
